Proof of professional qualification
Only if your activity requires it (e.g. a degree or professional licensing).
Proof of investment or financial capacity
Shows you have the means to set up your activity.

Proof of the fees paid
There are two separate fees: one for the authorization and one for the card.

Do I need a qualification or professional licensing?

Is this the same as the initial authorization or a modification?
It shares a legal basis and forms with those procedures, but it's its own product: preparing your viability report, qualification proof, and investment justification is specific, separately billable work that a generic initial authorization doesn't include.
